Out customer service is open during these hours:
Saturday May 28th 09.00-16.00
Sunday May 29th 09.00-16.00
We must have your order before the times listed below if we are to guarantee delivery on Mothers day. It is also important that the information on the order are correct if we are to guarantee delivery.
Private homes in Sweden: We need the order before Sunday the 29th at 12 pm. We still accept orders for Mothers day to several cities after this time, but we can't guarantee delivery. To some smaller cities where we deliver by bus, boat or postal service we depend on their terms of delivery and working hours and need your order on Friday the 27th before 2 pm.
Company addresses in Sweden: If you want to send flowers to a shop or a corporate adress on Mothers Day, then you must make sure that we are able to deliver the flowers on the adress. Many companies are closed this day, and a lot of shops close early.
Send abroad: We need the orders before 10 am on Saturday the 28th if we are to guarantee delivery during the weekend. We cant guarantee the exact amount of flowers or a specific delivery time. We will do everything we can to deliver orders that are made after 5 pm on Friday during the weekend. But in some cases they will be delivered on the next day without you being contacted by us.
We will do our best and try to deliver the orders received after the times above but we can't guarantee delivery after the guarantee times have passed.
The florists assortment can vary during peak seasons. If a specific flower is not available, this will be replaced by a similar flower in shape and colour without that you are contacted. Our florists always aim to create a bouquet as similar as possible to the original product.
Do you want to contact us? You can call us on phonenumber: (+46) 40 602 00 20 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. There are a lot of people calling us during peak seasons like Valentine's Day, but we will answer all questions as soon as possible.
